Deliver teleconsultations to patients across India on the platform, from your own location and on your own schedule. You will assess patients remotely over audio and video, diagnose common conditions, prescribe treatment, and advise on tests and follow-up. Patients come through the platform's retail, corporate and partner channels. You can choose between Full Care and Rapid Care consultations, depending on your preference and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audio and video consultations with patients across the platform's retail, corporate and partner channels.
- Take a structured history, review shared reports and images, and reach a working diagnosis.
- Issue clear e-prescriptions in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and NMC regulations.
- Recommend diagnostic tests and follow-up, and refer patients for in-person or emergency care when needed.
- Maintain accurate consultation notes on the platform for every patient.
- Keep patient information confidential and follow the platform's clinical and data-privacy protocols.
- Log in on time for committed slots and keep response times within the agreed standard.
Eligibility and qualifications
- MBBS from a recognised institution. Doctors with a postgraduate qualification are equally eligible.
- Clinical experience after internship: 0 to 10 years.
- Active registration with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council.
- Completed the NMC online telemedicine training module, or willing to complete it before onboarding.
- A Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) ID. Mandatory; it can be created on the Government of India's ABDM platform.
- Comfortable consulting in English and Hindi. Other Indian languages are a plus.
- A laptop with a webcam and good internet bandwidth, plus a quiet, private space for calls.

❓ What is the HPR ID, and how do I get it?
Your Healthcare Professional ID from the Government of India's National Health Professionals Registry (NHPR), under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. Any registered doctor can create one free, online, with Aadhaar.
What to upload (PDF)
- Already have it: the e-signed declaration PDF from the NHPR portal, showing your Healthcare Professional ID Number.
- Just applied: the e-signed declaration you get at the end. It is fine if the ID number is still blank while NHPR verifies you (“Verification Pending”).
Not this: A “Digital Health Facility” certificate is a hospital or clinic's registration (HFR), not your personal HPR ID. And a file called “espResponse.pdf” is an empty reply from the e-sign step — open your NHPR profile and download the e-signed declaration itself.
Example (details blurred) — tap to openBefore you start, keep ready: your Aadhaar number and the mobile linked to it, your medical council registration certificate and your MBBS degree certificate.
